Katrina cast: Where are they now?

Unlike earthquakes, hurricanes are not supposed to produce aftershocks - or afterwinds, as the case may be. But ever since Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast two years ago, its afterwinds intermittently have blown the eccentricities of the region, and especially of New Orleans, through the public consciousness of the whole nation. In the weeks after Katrina, Americans were introduced to a fool's menagerie of outsized and often outrageous characters. SF GATE
